what a thursday. boy did it not feel like one.
big "buisness" meeting was this morning. it went well. got our name out there at least....maybe raised some funds. we shall see.
the meeting was in an awsome room though. spectacular acoustics. very neat to play in.
Parents came up for the meeting. Good to see them and spend the afternoon just hanging out.
they left about 5pm and i just layed low for a while. Matt got off work around 6:30--he came home and then we went to see the Obsoletes down at the blue moon.
we got there early and met Dave and Cory there. Hung out at Justin's house which is across the street until they played.
This was there first show. I dont think i could say enough good things about it. Awsome musicianship, great instrument sound, great stage presence...overall incredible band...i cant wait to play shows with them....though we may have to step it up a notch...they are REALLY good.
after that Matt and I drove around and talked for a while then went home....once there we decided we should watch a movie since Rick reserved the downstairs of the house for him and Nikki for the evening....so we ran out and got "The Game"....
great flick...i had seen it before a while ago...but it still messed with my head at times. check it out if you haven't already.
now thats over. tomarrow i leave for Babbitt, MN for a few days. be back on either sunday or monday. not sure yet. im heading up there with Cory.
we are going to hang out with the rest of his family and hopefully write some new songs. im excited. the atmosphere of Babbitt is very condusive to song writing.
this trip means no blog updates for a few days. i will give a summary of the trip when i return.

i am thinking about starting to update this thang more often.
i just read all my archived posts and decided i am going to update this again...not so much for
other people...but just so i can look back see what i was doing in years past.
SO... boys and crazy bitches...hold on to your butts and keep checking back to see the happenings in my weird life.
the fun starts tomarrow....that is unless Dan Magers and i no longer talk.
that will suck...but i fear that time may come.
alright..i might as well post a brief description of my day today just to get things off to a good start
today was one of the laziest days of my life.
never got dressed. just put new pictures up on the bm website. thats it, as far as productive things.
matt clogged the toilet but insists it was not him. ..likely story
Dojo came over and we made dinner, watched car videos and listened to music.
fricken great. Cory, Rick and I went to the webb tonight (as we do almost everynight) and ran into a very interesting character.
His name was Jerry. Very drunk. very angrily drunk. Cory made a coment to him about his bill and he got kinda angry and started yelling..
some how he got cory to pay his bill and then we sat and talked to him for a while. very nuts. he liked Rick and I, but he thought Cory just had a loud
mouth and didnt know how to stay out of other peoples buisness...several times when cory would start talking he would yell at him "shut the hell up, you dumb ass"
kinda funny. kinda redick. we got out there fairly quickly... he did say he would come to our show on May 2nd at Mill Creek Blues....
now i need to head off to sleep though.
gotta be up a 7:45am to go to a big buisness meeting for our company. my parents will be up. im excited to see them.
and justin's band=-=-the obsoletes=-=- is playing their first show here tomarrow night. that will be rockin. signing off the blog and onto the pillow...
