So today i was digging through some stuff when i came upon a folder from highschool. Upon its opening i found some priceless materials. It was an entire folder of all my home work from Mr. Bier's class. That may not seem all too exciting...but please, let me elaborate. About 3 months into the class i was rushing to finish up one of the assignments out of the book. (these generally would consist of defining people, places, events and then a few short essay questions. if you went to Lutheran, you know what i am talking about) As i rushed to get this done before class i left a few of my answers blank on accident. I turned in the assignment...and upon recieving it back i got a 10 out of 10 on it...and that sparked a wild fire in my mind wondering what i could get away with turning in. "he must not actually read any of this i thought." I was indeed correct. Below is a few of my favorite assignments i turned in and got back with good scores. please read and enjoy.

(click on an article for larger view)

#1 This one makes little to no sense. Score: 10/10

#2 This one i wrote the same sentance for half the assignment. Score: 9/10

#3 More bull shit. score: 10/10

#4 This one is just two sentances repeated. Score: 10/10

#5 This one i just wrote a portion of Romeo&Juliet out. Score: 10/10

That is just a small portion of the assignments from that year....i still cant believe i got away with all that.

If yesterday was a pie, then non-athletic sports would have been the filling. It started with a casual early evening game of lawn darts. This game i had never played before...and found it very fun. It is indeed illegal, atleast in public parks. Which makes sense...these darts could deffinately take a person out. Anyways. several games were played

(side note: the person had a tree in their backyard which they installed a face, mouth, and eyes much like Choppa household...no cigar in the mouth though)

After that came bowling. Three games. much big lebowski quoting.
then was regular darts which brought the evening to a close.

Near the end of the night there was about 10 men in the bar where we played darts and the Richard Marx song "Right Here Waiting" came on. I found it a tad funny.
Now typing that about Richard Marx had caused me to get sucked into his website
I must go.

Lawns are being mowed outside my window here on this beautiful father's day afternoon.
I recently discovered a website, or section of a website, that has some terribly funny videos. If you click here and then click on the "spoof" section on the left side menu you will stumble upon some great short movies. Check out:
"office space wars" (office space with star wars characters)
"star wars episode III: a lost hope (just damn funny)
"america, F**k yeah!" (spoof of the america we stand as one video)((parental advisory))

I am listening to the Jimmy Smith record "Bucket!" A wonderful record for anyone who loves jazz/gospel and hammond organ.

Last night i talked to someone who decided to tell me where Paprika comes from.
(this was brought about as both had hummice with our dinner which was sprinkled with paprika) She claims this:
Paprika originated in Laos. It starts in the form of a very rare rock that are commonly found in fields around Laos. Bengal Tigers often roam these fields and carry around these small rocks in there mouth. The rocks are then ground down in to a fine powder through out the process and natives of Laos then have to go and catch the tigers (by the tail) and get the Paprika out of their mouths.
She also claimed that she did work as a "tiger catcher" for a short period of time...but it didnt last since they only paid her 50 cents a day....and considering the high risks of the job it wasnt worth it anymore.

now all of this i of course did not believe. But i thought it was rather creative.
Especially that she would not back down off it.
